Dove sbaglio a non far stampare correttamente il formato delle pagine con Creator? Tra le opzioni avanzate inserisco le dimensioni che mi occorrono ma la stampa sul file avviene sempre in formato A4.

Devi specificare le dimensioni di stampa nella fase di impostazione della tua stampante virtuale di Creator, tramite Pannello di controllo.
