Quanto durano le guarnizioni di gomma dei vari tubi che sono nelle murature?

Per mia esperienza posso dirti che la durata è molto varia e può andare da una decina d'anni a trenta ed oltre. Ad esempio nello scarico del bagno di casa mia ho cambiato due delle guarnizioni messe durante una ristrutturazione di 10 anni fa, mentre non ho ancora cambiato quella simile risalente ad una precedente ristrutturazione di una trentina d'anni addietro. Dipende anche da come è usato il materiale: se è molto soggetto ad usura per il passaggio dell'acqua dura meno.

La durata dipende anche dall'uso. Quelle del bruciatore della caldaia possono durare una decina d'anni.

La gomma si deteriora con il tempo e l'usura. Oltre che con il variare della temperatura.
