| Per suddividere un'unità immobiliare con divisori non portanti è necessario presentare un progetto al comune? ed anche la documentazione antisismica? |

| Fai una DIA. Per l'antisismica puoi anche fare a meno considerando che non si tratta di elementi importanti sulla parte strutturale. |

| Se nonincidono sulla statica e non si tratta di completi rifacimenti, puoi anche fare a meno di tutto e lavorare senza alcun tipo di permesso. |
